The Garden Club has a bi-annual 4 day holiday, to see gardens in various parts of the country. So far it has visited Cornwall, Wales, Essex, Kent and in 2010 Gloucestershire. As well as some famous gardens such as Hyde Hall, the Royal Horticultural Society Garden and Beth Chattos, visits are made to private gardens. These always prove very varied and interesting and often provide inspiration for members own gardens. The holidays so far have been most enjoyable and help to promote the friendly and co-operative atmosphere that is such a characteristic of this Garden Club.

The next event in the bi-annual holiday calendar will be in 2012.
