Evening visit to Sue Wells, Meonwood, Newtown
Thursday 30th June

We had an evening visit to Meon Wood in Newtown, the home of a member, Sue Wells. It is a large garden with lovely range of trees and a super large pond. Sue took pride in showing us the Scout Hut in the grounds, where scouts come for camping holidays. The view from that field was wonderful, lucky scouts. We were then treated to very good hospitality by Sue and her husband, wine and nibbles. It was a lovely sunny and warm evening which made for a super visit.
